About Eric Perdiguerra

I started off as a Graphic Designer in various industries and markets, from corporate to freelance, large companies to start ups spanning over 20 years. Fully engaged in the entire aspect of design from start to finish, including research, conceptual design, line/ design pitch, sample approval and approval for bulk production, I can enable processes and methods of efficiency to achieve team goals effectively. I believe my experience with small companies and start ups has made versatility my strongest asset, providing me with strength in multiple departments such as management, sales, logistics, social networking, marketing and promotions. As the creative lead for Brand Marinade between 2016 and 2020, I helped the company evolve from a screen printer into a full service branding and merchandise agency for some of the top content creators in various entertainment industries. Delivering a fresh taste of "Concept to Customer" and "Making Shirt Happen" were the mantras that empowered Brand Marinade. The special sauce,the 'marinade', combined creative design, innovative production processes and agile software development to enable partners to share their message/ content and generate a sustainable low risk/ effort revenue stream while providing their audience with great merchandise. In 2020, my business partner Joseph Cabrera and I started Juggernaut MetaMedia and AdLion Marketing Group with the goal to take our previous experiences even further. With creative design as the foundation, we want to help others achieve their company goals through content creation, merchandise and marketing. With the advancements in technology and social networking, the marketing industry is ever changing with new trends and outreach techniques being cultivated daily. I see every new project and client as an opportunity to not only gain new experiences and knowledge in the marketplace, but also help others achieve success.
