About Eric Place

My name is Eric Place, I’m from Dublin and currently based here. I am a hard-working and adaptable individual, who maintains a professional manner in the workplace. I can work under pressure in a systematic and responsible way, whilst being able to meet deadlines. I am currently working as part of a team and can also work unsupervised using my own initiative. My original line of work, was in events. It was a lot of physical work and some very unsociable hours, but I really loved it and was sad to move on. It was a case of I had to give it up, before it gave me up. When I decided to move careers, I chose the world of ITC as it was something I always had a keen interest in. So I trained and completed "Computer Network Installation and Maintenance" with Dublin and Dún Laoghaire Education and Training Board. I achieved the following certificates; CompTIA A+ 220-801, 220-802, CompTIA N+ N10-005 and Fetac level 5 in customer service. I have also achieved the following certificates while working at Atos : ITIL V4 and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
