Currently I’m fully engaged with the developing of the Life Restoration Worship Center. My professional skills have been transferable in developing strategic objects and goals for the ministry. Strong team building skills, Project management has been a plus identifying People, Process and Tools to bring projects to life on time and within the budget. My leadership skills have been transferable understanding what it takes to create an environment that motivates and challenges our leader to be the best they can be serving God and or members. Branding has been critical developing the message of Who we are, What our ministry stands for in the community, schools and social organizations. Business and Financial Acumen has been critical in balancing a non-profit organization. Ministries are a business that has to be managed accordingly. The ministry must have strong administrative support and strategic financial planning and budgeting to remain viable to do effective ministry. My professional, developmental and intellectual horse power has been challenged while developing the 21 century millennium church. I’m ever learning to remain relevant with the times local and the global community as I provide hope and direction for the lives of my members. I am a Pastor but have been bi-vocational in my corporate career of 23 plus years.
