In my role as a global credit manager, I safeguard one of the company’s most valuable assets by making sound decisions and cultivating strong customer relationships. I ensure that senior management, project teams, and cost center managers have access to accurate and timely planning and reporting data to guide strategic decisions. I lead large teams of credit and collections professionals, administrators, and supervisors, overseeing portfolios that range from a few million to hundreds of millions of dollars on a monthly basis. My responsibilities span local, regional, national, and global oversight, managing portfolios across the globe. I mitigate credit risk for the organization by conducting thorough credit research, analyzing financial statements, and reviewing credit reports from multiple agencies. Additionally, my expertise extends to customer service, general accounting, credit and deduction management, negotiations, policy development, ERP implementations, contracting, supply, logistics, and leadership.
