About Eric Progent

30+ years of private sector experience in the areas of IT, sales operations, GTM, sales enablement, marketing, market intelligence and venture capital. Looking for new challenges to best leverage my international profile and sales operations expertise. A French national, I was raised in Washington D.C. and am fully bilingual. My educational curriculum focused on Economics, Finance, Business Administration and international government bodies. Presently Senior Sales Operations Manager @ Infor for South Region where my role is to be the trusted advisor to the GM to significantly improve sales execution. Prior to this, I held a variety of management positions at IBM in Sales Operations, Marketing and Market Intelligence. Before IBM, I worked for two IT market research firms – BIS Strategic Decisions & IDC – where I was the primary interface with international customers, government bodies & IT companies. During those years, I published a number of multi-client reports on Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. I also provided specific consulting, analysis and presentations to senior audiences.
