I am a maintenance technician responsible for repairs on both a scheduled and emergency basis on various multi-family residences within the Allied Residential system. I am responsible for routine maintenance and inspections including- painting - light electrical work - plumbing - pool maintenance - carpentry - minor repairs - landscape maintenance - snow removal - necessary custodial or janitorial work - Prior to this, I worked as a professional landscaper for many years. I have extensive experience in working both landscaping maintenance as a Lead and construction. My dependability and work ethic is reflected in my commitment to any task I take on. I thrive on fast paced work and whether a project requires a newly acquired or established skill, I ensure that my standard of quality is exceeded. I have earned numerous commemorations for my dedication to my work and to my family. I received referrals and accolades by landscaping clients, many of whom regularly asked for me by name. I was a top nominee for the 2021 WSU Chosen Coug Award for my work ethic and the sacrifices I made during the pandemic to support my family. My hobbies include remote controlled rock crawling with my son, overland exploring in my old suburban, all-weather camping with my family, working on my car, and relaxing with my family.
