Experienced Maintenance Team Lead with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry. Skilled in Petroleum, Electrical Wiring, Management, Oil & Gas, and Business Process Improvement. Strong operations professional with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) focused in Industrial Technology from Lamar University. I utilize my degree and the 20 years of experience in E&I maintenance to improve our first class E&I group to efficient and work safe. One of my key to building success in out department is in training. I wholeheartedly believe in investing in my technicians by providing them equipment training and building a continual improvement plan. If you invest in your team and give them the tools to be successful they will take ownership of their job and provide further insight for improvement. Our group has a track record to prove how successful they have become. I am versed in working with multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex problems. The can be work process related or operational related. Over the past several years I have worked closely with our analyzer engineering team and inspection group to ensure a teler uptime on our equipment. My team and I focus on working safely and efficiently. As my team finds issues in the field they can trust I will elevate to the appropriate management to address the issue. I am proud to say my department has succeeded in maintaining a 12 yr record of zero lost time injuries. We have accomplished this as a team and continue to remain vigilant of our role in safety.
