From Aug 2021 - Dec 2022, I worked at the cybersecurity company Securonix. I worked with a small team and helped manage Securonix's partner program. While I was there, I; documented integrations with Securonix's products, managed Securonix's account in AWS's partner network, created/updated a variety of information in Salesforce, and perform spontaneous tasks for my boss. I've expanded on each of these below. Documented integrations with Securonix's products: As part of my documentation efforts I wrote a python script to scrape some of our tables off of confluence. I also categorized Jira tickets and restructured our confluence pages to make a better separation between partners and integrations. I used labels and specialized macros enabled tables to create living lists of our integrations. Managed Securonix's account in AWS's partner network: I created and updated opportunities in AWS's partner network (APN) portal. As part of this process, I informed the appropriate sales team when AWS generated a new sales opportunity. I also used APN to fill out fund requests for both marketing requests and workload migration opportunities. On a less regular basis, I found myself updating the solution briefs, security competencies, and links tied to our APN account. Created/updated a variety of information in Salesforce: In order to improve efficiency with filling out opportunities in the APN, I created a collection of Salesforce reports and used them to fill out opportunities in bulk. I updated and refined this process numerous times to account for requests to include or exclude certain types of opportunities. The process involved a network of google sheets and scripts that marked incompatible information and tied opportunities in the Amazon Customer Engagement (ACE) portal with opportunities in our own salesforce. I also bulk uploaded AWS sales reps information into our Salesforce as part of the collaboration between our sales teams. From Jul 2013 - Nov 2021, I worked as an instructional assistant for North Orange County Community College District. I am an Experienced Instructional Assistant with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. In addition, I am skilled in Debugging, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, C++, C#, and Python.
