With more than 20 years in Banking and IT, in several roles and positions, I have an in depth understanding of IT, the Banking industry and the Wealth Management business. My most differentiating qualities are leadership and driving for results. I am an experienced and goal-oriented IT Manager with a demonstrated track record of creating and leading successful implementation teams embedding the product in the customer’s working environment, with integrated, fit-for purpose solutions as the main result. I have proven experience in defining and implementing organizational processes and procedures on the level of people management, change management, competency management, implementation methodology, planning, budgeting and delivering qualitative software solutions. Over the years, I have continuously engaged with customers, onsite and remotely. I'm experienced with the extra complexity virtual projects and virtual teams induce. I matured as a talented leader directing highly skilled implementation teams to support achievement of corporate strategy, goals and objectives. I realize this via mentoring, coaching and motivating people to make them more effective and efficient and to bring them to a higher level in their domain.
