As a MECM Engineer at SRS Distribution Inc, I manage and optimize the cloud and endpoint configuration for multiple Active Directory domains, MECM sites, and Intune tenants. With over four years of experience in IT support and administration, I have developed proficiency in system imaging, application deployment, policy management, security and compliance, infrastructure management, and troubleshooting. I am passionate about delivering efficient and reliable IT solutions that enhance the productivity and performance of the organization. I have demonstrated my skills and expertise by creating and maintaining Intune policies and configuration profiles, ensuring up-to-date OS images and driver packages, resolving image deployment and PXE boot issues, and maintaining security baselines and remediation scripts. I have also contributed to the environment consolidation efforts and the cost-saving PowerShell GUI project.
