About Eric Rose

As a mental health therapist and clinical supervisor, and in various positions over the years working in management, customer service, teaching, and in a private health counseling practice, I have been fortunate to work with a variety of populations and to develop skills in nonviolent communication, crisis-management, individual and group therapy, and creative problem solving. I have received training in trauma-informed care, equity and social justice, mindfulness, CranioSacral Therapy, and Nutritional Therapy, as well as a number of psychotherapeutic modalities, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, and a 30 hour Clinical Supervision training. I have a passion for helping people identify their strengths and function to the best of their abilities and I am always looking for further opportunities to learn, grow and collaborate.
