Eric Rowland is a Principal at Luminaut and former Chairman of the Board at Rowland Design. As one of the firm's principal architects, Eric's expertise covers a wide variety of project types. His work has been published nationally, and he has been a strong advocate of sustainable design and lifestyles within the community. Currently, Eric is working on the IU Health New Downtown Hospital South Support Building and Capitol View Clinic Buildings and he is working on a wide variety of Fraternity and Sorority projects on campuses across the country. Closer to home, Eric was recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal as a member of its 40 Under 40 listing. He is a former board member of Indiana Landmarks and the Indianapolis Museum of Art Design Arts Society. He is a former 500 Festival and National Association of Wabash Men Board member, a Hixson Fellow Kiwanis Board Member, and a graduate of the Stanley K. Lacy Leadership Series. He also chairs the architectural committee for the Nationally Registered historic Brendonwood neighborhood.
