About Eric Ryan

My professional journey started in December of 2012, I walked out of my last class ever at Buffalo State College. I now had a degree in Hospitality Administration, which I put to work moving into management from a tipped position at a local casino. After that I started my career as a B2B sales professional in the pharmaceutical industry. As an Inside Account Manager I gained experience in generating outbound leads, qualifying target accounts and growing existing accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding quota. I would then go on to work at Sprint's corporate division, specializing in account growth for B2B clients. During my time there I prevented large accounts from churn, successfully restoring trust and prevented several five and six figure revenue generating clients from taking their business elsewhere. For the last 3 years I’ve maintained a Property & Casualty Insurance license in Nevada servicing customers for a major Insurance provider. Professionally, I have experience using Salesforce and other CRM technology as well as Microsoft products. I take pride in being a great writer and avid reader which has helped me thus far. Aside from my work experience I enjoy playing piano, writing songs and screenplays in my spare time.
