For over 30 years, I have built brands. In that time, I have worked on both the client side and the consultant side in numerous capacities. These experiences have helped me understand the value and the difficulty of accurately identifying consumer insights. Compelling and sometimes surprising insights are always the foundation for equity, innovation and communication development which fuels brand growth. I have been very fortunate over the years to work in a wide variety of industries, which has given me a multifaceted perspective of the consumers we all try so hard to understand.
