Highly experienced and effective CEO/CIO/COO with proven track record in Global organisations, including DisneyLand, Accor Group and Edenred. Currently Cardtrend’s CEO, an Edenred Company specialized in fuel and fleet payment solutions, loyalty card solutions and digital payments (in Malaysia)- PrePay Solutions’ CIO responsible for operation and ongoing industrialization of a Payment Authorization platform serving B2B and B2C, physical and virtual payment solutions (MasterCard, Applepay, AndroidPay, Virtual Cards, SEPA Credit transfer, Faster Payment, Direct Debit, BACS) in 29 countries and covering 400+ million online transactions per year. I am passionate about business performance, service delivery and the customer experience - Edenred's Group Deputy CIO responsible for defining and implementing the IT strategy for the prepay and postpay authorization platform in order to accelerate the digital transformation of the core business products - Ticket Restaurant, Expense Management, Corporate payment and Merchant Card businesses. This became the base of a modular API approach dedicated to our customers- Edenred's CIO for South Americas, based in Sao Paulo (Brazil), responsible for implementing the migration to digital of the Ticket Restaurant, Ticket alimentation, Ticket Car accross South America by building and rolling out a card processing platform (360+ million online transactions/year)- Accor Group COO with the mission of defining/implementing and rolling out all the Central solutions like hotel reservation (in-house), travel system, Sales Force, accounting (e-business suite) and the integration of 4500+ hotels in more than 90 countries.
