Chosen to implement the launch of a blower motor resistor product line and also source blower motors from a new vendor. • Developed new replacement parts catalog for Delphi’s North American market. Results: A consolidation of two catalogs. • Trained sales and service personnel for NAPA, CARQUEST and Parts Plus, increasing their knowledge of Delphi’s HVAC and engine cooling automotive aftermarket product base and fix-it-right the first time service and warranty procedures. Results: Received an excellent rating on participant evaluations for both, the training seminars and of myself. • Managed a product line with over 1,300 active and inactive part numbers. • Key contact for the implementation of a parts recovery program. Results: The program was used to obtain new business with a global automobile manufacturer. • Performed annual warranty returned battery tear down product analysis. • Co-developed an air conditioning compressor warranty tear down analysis program. Results: Prevented future warranty claims on non-manufacturing defect product failures.
