I am a tenured Senior Regional Business Director at Sanofi Genzyme, a global leader in rare diseases and specialty care. In this role, I oversee the sales and business development activities for a portfolio of innovative products across multiple therapeutic areas, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatology, and Rare Disease. I am responsible for managing a team of Area Business Managers and working cross-functionally with a TLL, FRM, ISM, MSL and a 3rd party vendor. Additionally, I work on developing and implementing strategic plans, fostering partnerships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth and market share in a highly competitive and regulated environment. I have a proven track record of delivering results, exceeding targets, and improving customer satisfaction. I have also developed and enhanced my skills in leadership, communication, selling skills, and problem-solving. I also have vast experience in specialty pharmacy/buy and bill, a key channel for accessing and delivering our products to patients. Prior to joining Sanofi Genzyme, I worked at Bayer Healthcare, where I progressed from a Key Account Specialist to a Regional Sales Manager and received multiple awards and recognition for my performance and leadership.
