About Eric Sartor

ATR offered me a new challenge in Support division after 19 years in Finance. But I moved with my department and my credit management team. My dual goal now is to improve the efficiency and financial performance of the Support Division and at the same time continue to mitigate the credit exposure of our customers. I held various jobs in the financial field and i built a strong experience of leadership in the risk management and controlling. My aim is to decrease our financial risk exposure and improve our profitability. I am always motivated by new challenges to improve and optimize financial processes. I am convinced that the use of IA will be the future of the Finance. I have always working with a large autonomous with the consent of my managers for breaking new ground in the field of risk management. I defined the credit policy and the financial analysis process. I developed a relationship with the credit insurance, claims collection agency, credit information Company. Achievement: Creation and Development of Financial Analysis Department, decreasing of overdue amount by half with a DSO ratio less than 2%, full updating of credit management process including IT development (SAP), Digitalization of customer invoicing in the whole world.
