About Eric Schoen

Holder of TWO BFA's from UW-Milwaukee. One in Graphic Design & Visual Communication with a previous BFA in Painting & Drawing and a minor in Digital Arts. Experienced in developing ideas, concepts, emotions, and stories through the media of print, video, animation, web design, illustration, art, and music. After earning his first BFA in Painting & Drawing Eric got his hands dirty with some real-world experience in art and media production at Super!Alright! and Synthetic Pictures, both in Austin, TX. There he honed his skills in motion and interaction design as well as video production. He found real joy in working both on set and off set in post-production with projects for Dell, SXSW, the Central Texas SPCA, and independent filmmakers. After three years Eric returned to the midwest and decided to expand the scope of his wheelhouse by returning to school for a 2nd BFA in Graphic Design & Visual Communication. Since then his toolbox has grown immensely, and his efforts have been acknowledged by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for a design work standardizing child immunization records. He's been doing freelance web & print design, art direction, and media production. Basically just making awesome happen. Eric brings creative firepower and personal passion to every project along with the unique perspective that comes from someone who’s traveled a few more miles and breathed a little more air. He has the depth of experience and versatility to apply his many talents to any venture and always loves a good challenge.
