I am the COO of Three Points Insurance Design, an independent, carrier agnostic firm providing insurance Case Prep, Design, Analytics & Review for financial services professionals, including insurance and financial advisors, CPAs, RIAs, BGAs, family offices, and other trusted advisors. The firm’s specialty is designing an insurance-based solution from the client’s fact pattern and their specific goals, and creating a comprehensive, yet easily understood client-facing presentation for use by the advisor. I have over twenty four years of experience in the insurance industry, both as a producer and managing teams, staff, and budgets at the director level for a major life insurance carrier. I have a strong track record of training and developing agents and managers and setting them up for long-term success.One of my most important attributes is the ability to listen closely and to draw upon my experience to guide someone to prosper and grow.
