My background includes key positions for delivery of significant mission critical builds throughout the US and abroad. Work history includes decades of experience and success in construction project management and superintendent roles focused on mission critical mechanical & electrical installations. Selected throughout career for work on complicated retrofits involving live data centers and telecommunication facilities. Green Field / New build experience includes positions of Owner Project Manager, GC MEP Superintendent & MEP PM, with responsibility for QAQC programs and Cx of mega-scale technical facilities, including very large financial data centers (with 2N mechanical and electrical topologies). Core competencies developed during career highlighted by ever increasing responsibilities including 3-D trade coordination, installation & commissioning of new & retrofit primary electrical systems; medium voltage (MV) services, MV ring bus distribution systems, HV & MV to Low Voltage Substations, Mechanical installations above tons capacity, and large engine driven standby power systems (above 80 Megawatts), and associated AC and DC UPS systems.
