About Eric Searing

After 12 years of Retail Store Management I was fortunate to return to school and get a degree in decision sciences (statistics and information systems). I put my newly learned skills to use at MCI where I became the lead developer of the reporting systems used by my division. I have managed a staff of developers and lead the life cylce of development for a reporting system utilized by executives, management and staff. We automated 98% of the tasks required to move information infront of those who need it, and still support those items which require manual attention. Along the way I learned much about business information systems, programming, web development, and personal interaction. My longterm goals would be to use my knowledge in a different industry and possibly help create systems for healthcare, insurance, or even small businesses. Specialties: Information System development, Business analysis, Psychic Reporting (knowing what the executives are going to want before they ask for it, anticipation of needs).
