By the way we are able to sequence in the same time the 6 more important genes of the PRRS Virus: NSP2, ORF2,ORF3,ORF4,ORF5 and 0RF7 This concept of sequencing, of the 6 main genes of PRRSV has been discussed and approved by Enric MATEU from CRESA (Barcelona, Spain) By sequencing 6 genes, you will be able to have a real understanding of the variability of the PRRS Virus The results display the following information’s - Full sequences of 6 genes - Alignment and Phylogram of the 6 genes (including your strains and the main PPRSV strains available on GeneBank - Or to be defined by you)- Distance Matrix between your strains and some reference PRRSV strains (Gene by gene If this proposal is relevant for you, We would like to receive serum samples with a minimum volume of 300 µl of clean and Fresh serum / In dry ice or Ice Pack by express transportation For your information and upon request we are also able to sequence the gene S1 of the PEDV Virus and so to identify the PEDV strains present in Europe.
