About Eric Serbus

For over 20 years my passion has been to inspire others to learn, develop, and grow. What started as a calling in the classroom and on the athletic field as a teacher and coach has now expanded into conference rooms, board rooms and offices as an educational leader, professional facilitator, and executive/life coach. I have been on my own journey of discovery, growth, and development and am passionate about sharing my energy, experience, and skills to help individuals and teams maximize their growth and reach their goals. I have had the honor of working with students and families across all grade levels, all ability levels, and from all life situations. I've coached all types of professionals, from award winning teachers to toxic team saboteurs. I have found a special place in my heart for underdogs, and that is why I have spent so much time in alternative education. It is here that I have come to realize that at the core of every person, young and old, is an inherent ability to rise above circumstances and grow through challenges. I am on a mission to help others exercise this ability through Leadership and Life Coaching. Specialties: Leadership Coaching Life Coaching Group Facilitation Psychology of Success Systems Consulting
