I’m a naturally curious, collaborative self-starter. My career spans both customer-facing and internal-facing domains. As the founding product manager for a B2B/B2C SaaS platform serving boutique gyms, I gained deep insights into delivering value to end-users like improving checkout speeds by up to 75%. On the other hand, my role leading a platform team at Booking.com sharpened my expertise in data services, including managing all payment data for FinTech operations. With a cloud mindset, I’ve built products from the ground up on AWS, such as the FinTech data lake at Booking.com, integrated with a central warehouse on Snowflake. I hold an AWS Cloud Foundation certification and excel at collaborating with engineers to tackle technical challenges, while also drawing on six years of experience managing customer-facing products.
