I have managed customer accounts, with experience in cross-team communication to manage sales pipelines, building customer relations, organizing and spearheading new customer projects to optimize workflow, and training new inside representatives on customer relationship management tools. I am also a proud graduate from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Economics and have a proven track record in customer satisfaction, project management, leadership, and workflow optimization. I am always looking for new learning and skill growth opportunities. In my free time, I enjoy learning new cooking recipes, organizing and planning national and state park trips, listening to a whole lot of music and exploring sound design in my free time.
