Hello, my name is Eric Sigler and I’ve been in IT for over 28 years. I’ve had the opportunity to see many interesting things, and the good fortune to have accomplished just as many. Over the course of my career, I’ve embraced a few simple terms and concepts which I believe, in part, have contributed to my success. Process: A key to organizing one’s self to be motivated and drive. Leadership: IT doubles every 18 months and it takes a team to support, develop and execute when needed. We must lead to success Integrity: Simple and to the point - honesty is the foundation to the truth, which I have excelled in over the years. Problem-solving: This is my blood type that I am made of. Over the years of knowledge I have gained, this has become part of my nature. Communication: Critical topic that is held high for all. Something that must be clear and precise – to the point. Game changer: When you are in a room, do people listen, have eye contact, and know that you are there? Yes is my stance on success.
