About Eric Sill

I am a driven and focused supply chain professional with over 14 years of experience working in supervisory and management positions in both retail and manufacturing environments. Currently, I am a Sr. Supply Chain Manager at JELD-WEN, Inc; a vibrant, growing company that I have grown alongside for over 10 years. My position in Supply Chain has tied me to many different areas of the business and given me valuable insight to how information should flow through an organization. My previous position as a Buyer has exposed me to MRP systems, forecasting methodology, statistical analysis of sales and usage data, database management and querying, and Just in Time inventory management processes. I have gotten to apply these skills to reduce lead times, increase fill rates, and shed hundreds of thousands of dollars in excess inventory year over year. I am a self-starter with a dedication to proficiency and personal responsibility. I believe in setting attainable, specific, and challenging goals for myself and those around me. I have a natural ability to reach those goals in an incremental way, focused on continuous improvement and progress. When I’m not on the job, you can usually find me at a car show, at a beer garden, rollerblading, or riding motorcycles. I also run a limited small business building custom gaming computers.
