My team even engraved it on a plaque for me to celebrate an internal award I had earned. That plaque still sits on my desk, serving as a daily reminder of the leadership qualities I strive to embody. As a licensed Physical Therapist, I have utilized my clinical background and continued education to pivot into healthcare operations management. I take a patient centric approach and consistently seek to streamline, improve, and grow hospital operations with the end goal of accessibility. My clinical specialties have included neuro-development treatment, musculoskeletal conditions, and sports medicine. Earlier in my career, I primarily worked within inpatient neurological acute rehabilitation and post-acute/outpatient neurological settings, specializing in the treatment and management of adults with hemiplegia and traumatic brain injuries. In my current role with Renown Health, I oversee a team of 100 across multiple services in Reno, Nevada, for Renown Medical Group.
