About Eric Silvers

I have been working as a personal trainer for nearly 10 years. This experience has allowed me to grow and accrue experience in many aspects of personal fitness. My ability to assess general fitness levels, flexibility, posture, as well as muscular imbalances, etc. was bolstered by my concurrent attendance at Metropolitan State University as an Exercise Science major. I have been very blessed to work with world class trainers and group fitness instructors. These real world experiences, along with my tenure as a Movement Specialist in the field of Physical Therapy, have given me invaluable platforms to expand my knowledge of functional and corrective fitness. I have a passion for developing exercise strategies for a variety of Special Populations. This makes me a better trainer. I believe that appropriate exercise, when implemented as part of a treatment protocol, can have enormous benefits for people that suffer from any of a number of conditions. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with each of my clients and strive every day to make an impact on the health of others. As a Fitness Manager, I have had much more experience with the management side of the business. My duties include hiring new trainers, maintaining accounting of all training income for the gym, managing schedules, on-boarding and training of new staff, disciplinary actions, and maintaining my personal book of clients.
