Managing business in the Alliance ASIC supplier bucket (top 25 or so customers in the company managing pricing for suppliers with high ASP) First-hand knowledge of: asset, pricing management, sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, value add (programming, kitting, labeling), warehouse (receiving/shipping/cycle count), military grade warehouse operations (as QC Manager Military East)-Managed weekly global MRP feeds to coordinate incoming inventory to 7-17DSI levels in regional hubs amidst rapidly changing economic and market conditions -Assisted in the establishment/management of regional (contract) warehouses in diverse locations such as Shanghai and Kunshan, China as well as domestic locations such as Ohio. This includes all processes necessary to establish the locations; contract review and negotiation, process review and process documentation, coordination of Arrow resources, and regular updates to key stakeholders via custom reports-Cultivation of an EDI system for Arrow APAC billings including a custom hardware installation in Hong Kong to interface with the APAC mainframe system, contract analysis and negotiations, coordination of Arrow groups (I/T, Network security, Global Data Communications, etc.)-Participated in a group project that analyzed and documented Arrow FFS departmental processes for training purposes -Created Alliance departmental training to document processes
