As the General Manager of Treeo Senior Living, I lead a team of 40 employees in seven departments that provide high-quality care and service to over 100 residents. With nearly a decade of experience in the senior living industry, I have developed a strong expertise in sales, operations, and culture, as well as a passion for creating a unique and thriving community. My leadership style is based on growth, connection, and customer service, which has resulted in lower employee turnover, increased sales, and excellent customer retention. I also have a diverse background in hospitality, real estate, finance, and construction, which gives me a holistic perspective on business and culture. I completed the Cornell University online Hospitality Management Program, which enhanced my skills and knowledge in this field. I'm a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional who strives to lift up others and succeed personally.
