I have start up several new business opportunities at various companies, from scratch to fully independent ventures. Additionally, I have reorganized entire parts departments at various dealerships, delivering strong, measurable results and consistently meeting or exceeding goals set by the Group. Expertise in Sales, P&L management, spare parts, spare part pricing, digital sales, customer service, after-sales services, rent, dealer management systems, and team management.
