I thrive on creating environments where people can collaborate, innovate, and achieve their best work. Finding and developing talented individuals is something I truly enjoy, and I have a knack for hiring amazing people who bring unique strengths to the team. Throughout my career, I’ve designed and implemented testing frameworks that improve product quality across a variety of platforms, from SaaS to legacy systems. I have hands-on expertise in automation, performance, and security testing, along with a strong focus on integrating QA into agile processes. I love being an active part of the team, solving problems, and ensuring that quality is at the forefront of everything we do.
