About Eric Spigener

I’m a recent graduate of the Process Technology program at San Jacinto College with a passion for safe, efficient plant operations and a strong foundation in process systems, troubleshooting, and instrumentation. Before transitioning into the process industry, I worked as a respiratory therapist in high-acuity environments such as the PICU, CVICU, and emergency response teams. That experience sharpened my ability to perform under pressure, work collaboratively in high-stakes settings, and maintain a strong commitment to safety and integrity. In addition, I completed hands-on clinical applications training with Dräger and served as President of the Process Technology Club at San Jac, where I led initiatives to support student development and industry engagement. Teamwork and integrity are at the core of how I operate. I believe in accountability, clear communication, and working together to ensure reliable, safe operations. I’m now seeking an opportunity as a Process Technician or Operator where I can apply my technical training, leadership experience, and healthcare background to contribute to a company focused on safety, Teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence.
