About Eric Spurling

I founded and was the President of Proline Management Ltd from April 1985 to January 2016. Proline Management Ltd is a real estate management firm based in Victoria, British Columbia. We work with condominium home owners, developers and investors to provide innovative real estate management services for strata title developments, apartment buildings, commercial properties and single family homes. We currently operate with four offices, our Victoria Head Office serving the Victoria Duncan area, our Westshore office serving the growing Westshore, an office in Nanaimo serving the Nanaimo Parksville Qualicum area and an office in Courtenay serving the Courtenay, Comox, Campbell River and Cumberland area. Our Team includes a lawyer (non practicing) three CPA's, two CPM's, HR professionals, strata and rental property management specialists as well as operations, administrative and accounting professionals. We have a staff of 58 people specializing in the management of real estate. We provide services to all sizes of buildings but may be best known for the management of larger more complicated developments. I have served on the boards of a number of organizations representing professionalism in the real estate industry as well as on trade associations. These have included the Real Estate Institute of BC, the Strata Property Agents of BC, the Rental Housing Council of BC and the Apartment and Property Managers Association of Vancouver Island. I currently sit on the Board of the CFAX Santa's Anonymous Society, a children's charity that serves the needs of children in our community throughout the year. My Board role has included the Finance, HR and Legacy fund committees. My current role is as an advisor to our Executive Team. I am also involved in the development of new business in several of our market areas and as well I also provide some mentorship and coaching for entrepreneurs outside of our business practice
