Born and raised in sunny southern California, I was the product of a motorcycle racer and a legal secretary. Throughout childhood I filled my adrenaline craving with skateboarding which led me to winning the CASL State Championships. I was the first in my family to finish college, earning three bachelors of science from CSULB (Business, Operations, & Financial Management). During and after school I struggled with health issues, until in my mid-twenties when I started studying nutrition. The drastic shift my life took led me to publish eight books on health and nutrition, one becoming an Amazon bestseller. People say I'm a good listener. Not sure why but I'm genuinely curious to hear your story and it fills my cup to help you solve a problem. Like any problem. And I'd like to use the least amount of time, energy, and resources to do it. I'm bursting at the seems with creativity, a ruthless personal development junkie, and love nothing more that doing breathwork and contemplating the big picture at a whiteboard.
