In recent years, my role as a Technical Support Engineer for Microsoft Azure has further expanded my skill set, where I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure products such as Virtual Machines (VM), Storage, and SCIM solutions (Entra ID, Exchange Online Protection, Purview, Intune). This role has deepened my understanding of cloud computing architecture and cloud security, providing me with the opportunity to support customers with cloud adoption, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and complex solution design.
