As a dedicated and versatile Business Systems Analyst (BSA) at Kal Tire, I am currently the primary lead for our Genesys Cloud CX VOIP system, supporting the entire Kal Tire call center. Before joining Kal Tire, I was an accredited insurance broker with CIP and CAIB certifications, and I served as a Commissioner of Oaths for the province of British Columbia.
