I am privileged to spend most of my time working and creating opportunities within StarCap Group LLC while still maintaining a relationship with Avison Young. StarCap consists of people that I thoroughly enjoy working with and deeply respect. We are committed to excellence in the acquisition and development of commercial real estate assets while maximizing returns for our investors, stakeholders, and ourselves. We only work within collaborative partnerships and service models when our interests are aligned with our investors and stakeholders. We utilize our expertise as owners to deliver solutions that inspire confidence, create lasting impacts, and drive enduring success in each of the projects we are involved with. Chip Faulkenberry, Don Clinton, and myself began StarCap in 2018 as a personal investment strategy with the encouragement of Avison Young. We continue to provide services on behalf of Avison Young today. We hope to continue to inspire confidence, create lasting impacts, and drive enduring success in projects Avison Young is involved with, as well as those direct with StarCap.
