He had the unique experience of growing a newly formed RIA from the ground up at a mere 27 years old; perfecting the client experience, vetting new 3rd party vendors, and coordinating the transfer of hundreds of millions in assets from IBD to RIA services. Eric has also been a trusted resource to some of the most well known and prominent RIAs and BDs throughout the country. His experience as an Advisor and expertise on bank products was pivotal in helping partner firms assess cash & cash like programs during a period of unforeseen interest rate changes. He has hosted webinars and spoken on stage on the subject of growing an Advisory practice through the use of third party asset managers and wealth-tech solutions. With Masttro, Eric combines his expertise to help Family Office and RIAs to improve investment technology in order to increase efficiencies and reporting on various asset classes held on and off platform.
