I am a Christian, a Dad, a Husband, a Servant, and a Leader. I was born and raised in Houston, TX by good-hearted, God-fearing parents. I inspire to be like them and to raise my family like I was raised. I have been given many blessings on this earth, and take seriously my responsibility to care for and use them appropriately. I have been in Regulatory Compliance for 16 years, specializing in Stormwater compliance for the construction industry. I am the Regional Environmental Manager for Lennar’s Central Region and am responsible for the implementation and management of the Lennar Environmental Management System (LEMS) in 5 market regions in 2 states. I coordinate Lennar’s environmental compliance training program for construction associates and monitor and evaluate compliance with environmental regulations and company policies. Prior to becoming the Regional Environmental Manager in 2017, I was Lennar’s Division Environmental Manager in the Houston, Texas Division for 11 years and was responsible for the implementation of the LEMS in Lennar’s Houston Division. I have been a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) since 2017 and a Certified Inspector of Sediment and Erosion Control (CISEC) since 2006.
