About Eric Theriot

Personal and communication skills acquired while serving tables for over six years during my undergraduate years. After graduation, I worked for Halliburton for three years. My time with Halliburton allowed me to fine-tune my ability to multitask and develop great attention to detail as my job was reliant on real-time data and in-the-moment decision-making. I left Halliburton to further my education, as a future attorney, at the Southern University Law Center. As a full-time law student, I have further honed my multitasking and attention to detail skills. Thus far in my legal career, I have clerked at an immigration firm for a year (2022-2023) and a highly sought-after clerking position at a mid-size corporate firm during the Summer of 2023. My time at both firms has allowed me to immensely improve my legal writing and researching skills, and gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of different law firms.
