Over the years, I have: Implemented Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) & Asset Criticality Analysis (ACA) for 750+ assets, embedding predictive and preventive maintenance practices that improved uptime, increased Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and reduced Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
