As the global compensation, benefits and HRIS leader, I drive the overall Total Rewards strategy aligned with our company goals and objectives. I have the pleasure of leading a team of compensation, benefits, and HR Technology professionals located around the world, to deliver competitive compensation and benefit plans to support attraction, retention, and growth, with operational support and tools for HR and the total rewards programs for use by managers and employees. My background includes experience as both a consultant and corporate employee with strong focus in the high tech sector. I have extensive experience in global compensation including overall strategy, executive compensation, short-term and long-term incentive design, and administration. I believe in developing and providing opportunities for the team. I am a servant leader who will bring transparency, where possible, and dive into the day to day as needed. My passion in Total Rewards with a focus on compensation is to align to the overall business strategy and objectives and drive positive outcomes for attraction, growth, and retention. As a Total Rewards leader it is critical to have well established strong collaboration throughout the organization to understand the business goals and deliver on key programs to support the company. Here are a few key projects supporting our compensation philosophy and strategy at F5 over the years: Transitioned the global bonus scheme to include a company component and individual component and transition from quarterly to annual to align with our company goals and strategy. Led the communication and change management. Oversaw a multi-phased, multi-year global refresh of our job architecture that streamlined our jobs, created greater transparency of roles supporting career path clarity for our employees. Partnered with executive compensation consultant to implement new short term incentive metrics for inclusion and belonging; and updated the executive long term incentive metrics for our restricted stock performance units to transition to 3 year relative Total Shareholder Return (rTSR) and modified vesting approach for financial metrics. Completed due diligence, job alignment and offer creation as Total Rewards lead for 5 acquisitions, resulting in offer delivery within 1-3 days of announce and 90%+ offer acceptance rate.
