I have over fourteen (14) years Construction experience during which I held positions as a Construction Superintendent, Project Manager and Quality Control Manager. As a superintendent, some of my responsibilities included maintaining the highest quality & safety, ensuring contractors met contractual timelines, troubleshooting problems as they arose with immediate solutions, managing material & inspection schedules and resolving final punch list items. Due to a strong work ethic and attention to detail, I was promoted to a Project Manager and showcased my abilities to handle multiple commercial projects from pre-bid through final construction. I assisted with pre-bid estimations, solicited and oversaw contract negotiations with trade contractors, developed and monitored project timelines against detailed milestones, supervised field site superintendents through daily reports and conference calls, coordinated customer bill statements with accounting for timely payment, ensured highest quality and safety on project sites while achieving project budget goals. In addition, I have current certifications for 30 hour OSHA and US Army Corp of Engineers Quality Construction Management for Contractors.
