About Eric Valdez

As a working professional with over 8 years of experience, I have expanded my knowledge of various business practices, interpersonal skills, and interdepartmental cooperation. I gained my educational background of business coinciding with my employment. My current role focuses on the day-to-day operations to maintain fluid workflow. That workflow includes human resources, inventory and facility management, and customer service. The responsibilities I perform all involve the human element. I prefer to approach this by prioritize having face-to-face communication or personally contacting stakeholders in their preferred medium. This allows productivity to be fluid, fast, and accurate. It also provides a dynamic atmosphere that generates constructive conversation. The adaptation of this work ethic coincided with a leadership role, given to me early on in my position. This role focuses on the development of interdepartmental relationships and the maintenance of the employee culture. I have completed and currently, work on various projects that affect employee productivity and incoming revenue. I have co-facilitated a relocation of one hundred staff by participating in the planning, execution, and being the point-of-contact during the adjustment period after the move. I have also been placed on a task force designed to re-introduce our core values and market our services to the surrounding community members and stakeholders.
