As Business Director-Partner, Eric van Keulen is ultimately responsible for Business Development, large-scale contracts, Finance, and HRM. He also enjoys being involved in broad area development and complex urban transformation projects to determine and formulate the right strategy and approach. With his wide-ranging and extensive entrepreneurial experience and creativity, Eric quickly sees through situations. Combined with his project management expertise, especially related to area development, this makes him an effective partner in creating a realistic value boost. Eric approaches these kinds of projects as a temporary venture that must be jointly, successfully set up and, above all, realised. Within this context he’s mainly focused on realizing something really good and ensure that it’s not just nice words and pictures. Outside the office activities: Eric is regularly asked by entrepreneurs to act as a sounding board for their own development and strategic choices.
