Our country's health and wellness is plummetting a quick rate, which is a major contributor to why COVID hit so many people signficantly hard. My goal as Head Coach @TheArsenalFitness is to help people not only survive this pandemic our country is going through, but learn, develop personally, and thrive finding the best version of themselves possible.
