As a Senior Logistics Manager with the US Army, I oversee the fleet management, supply chain management, operations management, and quality assurance processes for a large and diverse organization. I hold an active TS/SCI clearance and a Demonstrated Master Logistician certification from SOLE-The International Society of Logistics. With over 33 years of military experience, I have proven expertise and documented success in using creative approaches to improve quality, productivity, and reliability in logistics operations. I am a Lean Six Sigma specialist and a safety program manager, who has trained and led hundreds of team members within diverse environments, at all levels. I am experienced in working in fast-paced environments that require quick thinking, problem-solving, and creative solutions for daily issues. I am accustomed to adapting to change quickly while meeting critical deadlines. I am a strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to understand complex situations and deliver appropriate solutions. My mission is to enable and empower the organization to achieve its strategic and operational goals through efficient and effective logistics management.
